Soul Pleasure is a full-bodied stout with beautiful color, brewed with a complex combination of seven different premium malts. Albeit rich with coffee and chocolate flavor, Soul Pleasure maintains a smooth texture attributed to the addition of oatmeal in the mash.

Billy Jenkins

Billy Jenkins Session Bock beer is an exceptionally quaffable beer, lower in alcohol, and less malt-forward than a traditional German bock. The deep amber color results from a blend of domestic and German malts. Clean and well balanced, Billy Jenkins gives off malt aroma, plus biscuit and toffee flavor profiles.

Tarantula Hawk

Tarantula Hawk is an American style, Red IPA dry-hopped with an abundance of coveted Mosaic and Amarillo hops. The deep red color is derived from a blend of Two Row, Victory, Munich, and dark caramel malts. Tarantula Hawk possesses a striking grapefruit, pine, and tropical fruit aroma; and finishes with a firm and clean bitterness.

Moonlight Shine

Moonlight Shine is an lightly filtered, dry-hopped, and exceptionally drinkable American style wheat ale. Hints of vanilla and orange zest give Moonlight Shine a refreshing flavor profile and pleasing citrus aroma, which, shines through absent high bitterness.

Pils German Style

Sip n Go Pils is a style not found commonly among North Texas craft brewers. Cold-lagered 5 weeks, containing 100% German Pilsner malt, 100% German lager yeast and exclusive German hop varietals. Result is a beer light in color, crisp in flavor, and clean in the finish. It contains an ideal carbonation level, and a firm, yet dissipating hop bitterness. A connoisseur’s beer that can be enjoyed by everybody.

Happy Fill

Happy Fill IPA is a traditional West Coast style IPA brewed with Simcoe and Chinook hops to deliver a balanced taste profile of both citrus and pine. Happy Fill has been an in-house taproom favorite for some time, and been refined over time to deliver both hop punch and drinkability. We are excited to bring this to beer lovers across North Texas for August through December 2018.

Mondlift is a traditional Oktoberfest style beer brewed in the German tradition, and cold-lagered 40 days. The name Mondlift comes from a famed spinnaker-style carnival ride, the first ever of its kind. The original Mondlift is a major attraction each year at Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. Mondlift Oktoberfest is amber in color, incredibly smooth, with malt-forward characteristics you would expect from the style. Give it a whirl.

Gingerbread Snapd

Snap’d is an American Strong Ale, treated with an in-house spice blend to achieve the characteristics of a traditional holiday gingerbread. Thoughts of gingerbread will hit you from aroma, to taste, to finish without overwhelming you palette. All the while, it packs the punch you desire from strong ale. This beer is perfect for the holiday season in every way.

Texas Blonde

Texas Blonde is the latest year-round brand release from Wild Acre Brewing Company. Texas Blonde naturally possesses pineapple and mango notes from the addition of coveted Azacca Hops. It is light, refreshing, low in bitterness, and perfect for the hot Texas climate.

Super Hawk

Super Hawk Double IPA is a cousin to one of our original core beers, the T-Hawk IPA as a result of using Mosaic and Amarillo hop varietals in the dry hop phase. Beyond that, Super Hawk stands on its own with a beautiful copper color, and a malt backbone which, balances the hop punch expected from a Double IPA, yet it is absolutely present. You will be hard pressed to find a smoother beer at 10% ABVl, so please enjoy with caution.

John Pritchett founded Wild Acre Brewing Company in 2015 after an 18-year career in beer distribution out of a love for the beer industry, beer itself, and in particular, the opportunity to participate in the creative energy fostered by craft breweries throughout Texas and the US with a self-designed strategy and team of unique and passionate people.

Mike Kraft

Head Brewer / Director of Brewing Operations

Mike Kraft joins Wild Acre Brewing Company after a 20-year career in commercial brewing including experience at Two Rows, Turtle Anarchy and Lagunitas in addition to consultative roles at a number of craft brewery start- ups.

John Healy was selected to lead the sales efforts at Wild Acre Brewing Company after a 5 year career in beer distribution, which, delivered experience in direct sales, marketing, event planning and sales analysis.
